Starting EDT a la www.alwyncosgrove.com.

Did 1/2 hour of hills on elliptical BEFORE the workout. Dummy.

Circuit A x 2 (60s rest between each)
Squats x 20
T-pushups x 4 each

Circuit B x 2 (60s rest between each)
Step up x 15
Rear delt row x 20

Circuit C x 1 (ran out of time)
SHELC x 15
Swiss ball crunches x 10

That's it. Tomorrow starts GS again...
