Morning: grass drills
*drills on a sheet of paper in a hella big oval. Start exercise, at blow of
whistle sprint around circle to next exercise
* 5 flexed arm hangs at 5 sec each
*legs in hella lotta pain...

Morning: ~5 mile nature run/fartlek run
evening: Benchpress, 135lbs at 5 reps, 155lbs at 4 reps, 175lbs at 3 reps,
195lbs at reps. (shoulda stopped at 3, had to be spotted to finish 5th)

Deadlift, 295lbs at 3 reps, 2 sets. 315lbs at 3 reps
*hanging back stretches and light conditioning

Weighted Pullup: 2sets, first set; 3.25PU's, Second set; 2.5PU's
Conditioning: Heavy; burpees, power ups, knee high jumps, rinse and repeat... 1.3mile jog/run/cooldown

Conditioning: light; jump roped, burpees, power ups, quick hand movements
