15-20 minute swim and some tan time, then onto nwu1, 8 sets of 30:30 2 hand swings with 16kg, 15 minute cool down walk, and finished off with r phase.

Swimming about 15 minutes, followed by NWU1, followed by a one mile walk/run session, followed by R-phase.

NWU1 earlier in the day.
A 20 minute swim session followed by a mile walk/run.
R phase after, still working on the moves so I took alot of time to focus on each movement. For the most part I feel the moves are being done correctly, I am having a little trouble with the medial/later ankle tilts hitting the right spot. As well as the toe pulls hitting my shins. The only other problem area is the thoracic circles, their quite a trick indeed.

Received my R phase/NWU1 pack today, spent some time reading through the manuals and watching the videos. After that I spent about an hour and a half practicing the moves. Felt pretty good with my visit to the masseuse/chiropractor today.
