went to MA class... did both classes in a row
no joint warmup by me...

for kickboxing
don't remeber most of what we did...
skip rope
so many different pushups...
lots of lying leg raises
run up the stairs 1.5 times 4 floors
situps off while held by partner...
20/10/10/10 regular
5x5 each side
1x20 face down
more pushups...

then for second class...
crab walks
lying leg

did not test... I was sore from class... ARRGGHH...
however, the pushups I did do in class were easy for me. That would suggest to me that my numbers have improved.

On to finish my original Strength goals...

did my joint warm up by myself before class...

50 crunches
3min skip rope
25 leg raises
run on stair 4 stories twice...
leg raises 1 minute
20 pushups where each rep alternate
