1/2 Man Maker, 24kg KB @10 snatches - Once again, degredation of form in the snatches on the last set completed is what is holding me back from going further into the workout.

1/2 Man Maker, 24kg KB @10 snatches - Had to stop because my snatch form was getting bad and my grip weak. While taxing, I felt good on my last 100 yards of jogging - good enough to do another set of snatches, without puking, if my muscles hadn't been so fatigued.

1/2 Man Maker w/24kg KB @10 snatches - Felt like crap today. I got through the snatching, but I ended up walking most of my "jog".
