It has been 110 for over a week now.I have been beat but havent been working out and have been slacking on the Warrior Diet as well.It has been almost 3 weeks since I have even touched a kettlebell. So it is time to hop back on the PM and get it going again.I have been doing kettlebells for awhile and sadly I have never really left the Program Minimum.I dabbled with a few other programs here and there but quickly came back to the PM for one reason or another.I tried doing VWC but my shoulders were...

Today was TGU day. Warmed up with around the body passes,halos, figure 8 and naked arm bars.
5 min naked get ups
5 min armbars 16kg 1min L/R rest repeat.
5 Min 24kg Half Ups.
Misc grip training- Pinch, finger tip pinch, Puck hub.
-Ab wheel rollouts(from knees)- trying to build up high tension.
Wasnt a strenuous workout but hefting the 24 was hard.Really pushed grip and shoulder stability.
Good solid practice today.

I keep forgetting to post here...
So today was TGU day.When I tried to do some VWC snatch workouts I found my shoulders gave out( as well as wind).So I decided to head back to the PM and work on building up shoulder stamina and get my wind up a bit.
Today warmed up with around the body pass,halos,naked arm bars.

Well I write this in shame. It has been 3 1/2 months since i have lifted at all. Just fell into a funk with lack of employment,stress,my back being messed up,things just going wrong ( car home )etc.
Well I finally just went to the gym today. Wasnt as bad as it could have been.My back is still tweaked so I figured i will lay off kb's till it healed.
Did a warm up on the bike and then went and did some rows and hammer strength chest.I saw a guy benching 225 and offered to spot him but...

Went to the gym to try and get a BF% test but not trainers were available...F'in joke.
So I weighted myself and I was 221. Lowest I have been in awhile. Swam a few laps in the pool. Soaked in the jacuzzi for 15 minutes and sat in the sauna for about 15 minutes. Got a nice sweat going.Was quite relaxing.
