3x6 2pd double sn
2x8 2pd dbl press (didnt do my left shoulding is kinda tender for some reason)

farmers walk with 2pds round the house.
then played with a few things- did some jumps with the 2 2 pds- I like em. did sets of 2 to get a little rebound (prob not quick enough to technically by plyos)

did a few sets of 2 with 1 arm 1 leg MP with 2 pd...I have no balance- but those were fun

threw the 16 lb shot
not great- best around 37 but eventually got that fairly easy- throwing right so not making the most of the hips. discovery! keep looking back as long as I can. up and back that way I dont try to move my upper body with the hips in the power position but i actually get something out of it.

came home did some snatches and swings with the 2 pd to get a good hip snap feel. a few sets of 3s and 5s stopped if I felt I was slowing

about 20 throws with the 28- nothing great but not bad- hovering around 50 now
then trew the 28 around a bit over shoulder, accross front, etc
did a bit of that with the 1.5 pd as well

came back did 3/10 swings with the 88 really trying to stay a bit more upright and still load up the hams enough.

also played around with the 1 pd with bent presses- my left side is tight tight tight so they feel kinda nice after a few reps.

big gap in the log. so I did the RSR and ended up slowly but surely tweaking my back again. day to day it was fine but lifting was iffy- the funny thing is I could keep squatting and it wouldnt feel great but so long as I stayed in line I dont think it really bothered me much. then I started throwing more...any thing with rotation went right down the toilet- my back would tweak out (not even really hurt) just enough to make me lose my arch and then I would take a good hunk of my throws. 1.5 pd 25,20,15,10,5 still have to do the snatch test so I'm gonna switch up with the 1.5 for a couple of weeks, also did some overhead sq and clean grip snatches beforehand with 95 trying to get the feel again. the weathers been nice so I've been wanting to do more 'athletic' things and less heavy stuff- but I gots to start hitting the squats and throwing.
nothing on mon- had a vague feeling of nausea when I got home from work- did nothing and enjoyed it quite a bit
