    Hey Danny,
    Thanks for dropping me a message. I replied to it but I"m not 100% sure on how this board works so wanted to stop by and ask the same questions here.

    Does your wife train for sport or fitness? I'll dig into your blog and probably find the answers - but how many KB workouts per week does she typically do? And how long does she swing for? I'm wanting to progress but not overdo it!

    Right now I'm doing 4 KB workouts per week of about 16-20 minutes (30work/30rest). I'm in my 3rd week. Just 1 and 2 handed swings at this point. It's a program designed by David Whitley for Precision Nutrition. I also do 5-8 minutes of TGU 4x per week. Plus, 2 strength training gym sessions per week (and yoga and walking).

    I've been doing strength training at the gym for 2+ years, 4-5 days a week but am looking for a change. I'm tired of driving to the gym every day and am hoping I can be dedicated enough to do my workouts at home.

Been doing misc. KB workouts, but primarily focusing on bodyweight exercises, in preparation for the upcoming Maxbells Bodyweight Trainers Cert., on May 8th here in New Orleans.
Been talking to a friend in Alabama, about timed sets, and it's been very interesting, to say the least. I'm really looking forward to these kind of workouts, and also, doing some volume training for my leg strength/endurance.

At the gym:

S.Maxwell Circuit - 1 full round; 3/5th of the 2nd.
Went to Chiro. today. He adjusted me, and it felt good, until doing the double snatches. Will stop doing Maxwell workout for a while. Will do Cheatham workout, with single bell instead.

30/30 single snatches: 3 rounds, R&L *Felt ok
