Conditioning Day:

20 sec sprints x 10 sets

rest until HR reaches 120 then sprint again.

5min rest

15 sec sprints x 10 sets

this time added Bench, Chins and Abs between the sprints...

Looks like: Sprint, Bench(8reps), Sprint, Chins (8reps), Sprint, Abs (30reps), Sprint, Bench (8reps), Sprint, Chins (8reps), sprint.....until ten sprints are done.
