got to my 20 rep squat with 205, but gained 15lbs and not all was muscle (most of it was NOT muscle....)
Got PTP, and NOW I am going to try the PTP workout and see how that goes for me. The quest to find what works best continues!

Been doing low rep sets for years now, read Dinosaur Training and got inspired

My routine has changed; I've gone back to the gym and moved, so no more Systema.
Here is the new week:
Monday\Wed\Fri:
20 min treadmill
Squat 5x5x225
Overhead press 5x5x100
Bench press 5x5x135 (I know, I have a hard time with this one)
Seated rows 5x5 130,140,150,140,130

I'm working on upping the poundages on all lifts

daily super joints workout in the morning. just got bullet proof abs, so
I'm doing abs in the AM as well. This month, Jandas and slant board situps
My week looks like this:
Monday: joint mobility(jm)and abs in the am
Systema class
Tuesday: jm/abs in am
Treadmill 30min in pm
Wed: jm/abs in am
Systema class
Thursday: jm/abs in am
Kettlebells and treadmill in PM
Friday: jm/am in am
treadmill in pm
Sat: jm/abs

More presses: 5x3 each arm w/1.5 pood
then 5x1 each arm w/50lb db
and 5x1 each arm w/40lb db
finally 5x1 each arm w/1 pood KB

30 min treadmill with rubber cables and hand weights.

New stuff: Got a big ceramic vase with a narrow neck that I can pinch grip. Filled it half full with gravel, and I'm lifting it by fingertips to improve my pinch grip. Also working with COC grippers now, can do #1, working on #2.
