SS Snatch training: 10 x 10 L-R in 17 minutes with 16kg. 10x10 w/ 60 second breaks between sets.
Really started sucking wind during the final two sets and form was poor and slow during the final set.
20 minute warm down on the Schwinn Airdyne (5.2 miles).
