8-26 upper body

so i was doing rite of passage and my shoulder got jacked from it. it got to the point where my right shoulder was locked up and my range of motion was severely impaired. i took a week off with doing only light exercise/rehabilitative type stuff.

i also got my wife to rub out the excessive knots/scare tissue in my chest and i honestly believe this was the most productive part in recuperating my shoulder.

8-14 ROP heavy

C&P ladders w/ 32kg
3 x {1, 2, 3, 4}

one arm rows w/ 40kg
3 x {2, 4, 6, 8}

5 mins two handed swing w/ 32kg
-20 on the minute
-heart rate max ~192

ladders were harder. i almost missed with my left on the very last 4 rung, but i dug in and nailed the press.

almost 100%, but still a bunch of crud in my nose and throat that hasn't quite cleared out.
