Current program (CC1/CC2/VWC), each session preceded by Trifecta, day of rest inserted whenever necessary:

DAY 1: Pushups, Leg Raises, Calf Raises
DAY 2: Pullups, Squats, Grip
DAY 3: HSPU, Bridge
DAY 4: VWC 15:15

Having started in February, here is where I stand in CC and CC2, following both programs strictly.

New beginnings

After rebooting the CC program, I stumbled upon Kettlebell Burn 2.0 due to Geoff's flamboyant promotion and advertisement. This little jewel has humbled me like no other program so far and has taken up my entire training in the meantime. Will post my results after each Phase of program.
