New Best: 55

I am happy with this even though it was a slight strength regain

Began Tabata 5x a week

Heart rate was around 140, use more weight, slight pull in hammies

Day 12 of Hit the deck

Whilst stretching last night i felt very happy with my progress in the side split yet i cannot seem to get comfortable in a hamstring stretch whitout it feeling like my ligaments are being stretched.

Will see how things progress on monday.
