Also looks like I'm going to need to take wednesday off, too. Don't want to overtrain, and I get the feeling that I might. so, new sequence is:

-Snatch Routine w/ 24k and 16 k (got it off the forums, if I could remember whose baby this is, I'd either thank them or punch them. Not sure yet.)

Monday A.M.
Had to make a slight alteration to the program. Doing one-handed swings with the 24 instead of snatches to try to resolve some pesky grip issues. Same format, though.

I can't afford to let a snatch get away from me. Took a week to smooth it over with the wife last time i put a ding in the drywall.....

PT Test Prep. Yay.

10 min a day, 10 sit ups and 10 push ups each minute, followed by a brisk jog, 2-3 miles.

Just took a PT test today. Was rather disapointed with the results. 244/300.
I'm going to make a few adjustments to the program I've been using for the last two weeks, incorpoating more high rep balistic excercises into the mix. Here's the new program as it stands.
