First snatch workout in a while

24kg 7 x 10/10 and naturally i got a blister!

Then some fight conditioning

All exercises done as fast as possible

30 sec sprawls
30 sec squats with 12lb med ball
30 sec sprawls
30 sec squats

rest 60 sec and repeat with 20 sec and 15 sec intervals

A short conditioning workout

All exercises performed as quickly as possible

30 sec sprawl to overhead press with 12lb med ball
30 sec cleans with 24 kg KB (swap arms at 15 sec)
30 sec swings 24kg KB
30 sec sprawl to OH press with 12lb med ball

Rest 60 seconds

20 sec sprawl to overhead press with 12lb med ball
20 sec cleans with 24 kg KB (swap arms at 15 sec)

2 weeks off training with a badly infected left elbow.

First workout back felt pretty awful but thats normal for me if I have a break like that.

Also, not going to be working at the gym as I had assumed so back to 100% KB based workouts, no PL

Pistols 16kg 2 x 4/3
Guard Attack 24kg 2 x 5/5
Chinups 10kg 2 x 4
Mil Press 32kg 2 x 3/3
Evil wheel 2 x 3 feet to knees and reverse

Gym - deads and bench

DL 60x5 110x3 150x1 x3sets 155x1 160x1

Bench

70x3 70x3 80x3 85x2 x2 90x1 x2

Bench and deads feeling much better as i get my groove back. My first reference point is a double BW DL (170kg) and 100kg bench.
