105X8 Pause squats

Last rep, didn't feel my feet were on ground, make sure to stick butt out.

100X8 Medium grip press. Shaking near the end, didn't focused through it.

140X8 Sumo deadlift Used arms to lift weight for 7th & 8th rep.

50 X 8 Barbell press. Losing concentration at last rep.

50X8 Barbell curls. Didn't exhale and inhaled right away, some concentration on reps.

Aug 6, Week1 3X Split

Front Squat 100X8
Exhaled down, no. Inhale on the way down.
Wide Grip Press 95X8 Proper technique will win everytime!
Conventional Deadlift 135X8
5th and 6th rep, standing erect was flawed.
PBN 25X8
Make sure to lower weight down to ear lopes
Barbell curls 15X8 Decent, average

Standing Triceps Extensions 15X8 Need more practice.

Aug 4 Day 2 3X Split

Pause Squat 100X5
Nice, simple as 1,2,3.

DB Bench Press, 90X8 left arm was shaking after 6th rep.

Romanian deadlift, 45lb, felt it on the hamstring and on the back so was probably was not correct. Probably will switch with DL next time.

DB Seated press, 15X8

Incline DB Curls 15X8

25min cardio

3 times a week, 6 weeks overall, if more or less, will adjust.

Squat 100X8
'Regular' squats. Alright, felt torso was not upright was for a few but apparently it was.

Bench 95X8
Medium grip, seemed a struggle to get up, probably from working out after work.

Deadlift 135X8
Sumo deadlifts, using arms for lifting, do NOT use arms for lifting.

Barbell standing press. 20X8
Need to make sure I'm leaning back, didn't control
