11AM-12:45 MA Training
1/2 Jujutsu/Judo throws into 15 second grapple, 1/2 Immediate action scenarios, with the Uke wearing Boxing gloves.

Monday, 12-1PM

Snatch Press Combo 3 sets of 3/3 with the 53KB and then singles with the 70 for the rest of the hour.

Monday 8-10PM Jujutsu class
Crom and I taught a class on Ekyu, and bail out techniques should it fail.

This week I will strength train Monday morning and Crom and I will teach class Monday night.
Tuesday a few of us are doing some MA stuff. I'll do some extra Joint Mobility and ab work for AR.
Weds. Rest, but not slug day rest.
MA Conditioning 45-60 Minutes in the AM.
Jujutsu class PM 2 hours- Technique emphasis 50%/50% train/teach.
Strength training ? Lower body emphasis AM
Throws and Ne waza with Gi for 1 hour in the late

12-2PM Jujutsu- Class
It could be a technique class, that's pretty easy on the body, except for the joints, or it could be throws, grappling , what ever.
Depending on the above,and the rest of the week's training I'll either do some Core/arm/Cardio training, or I'll go to lunch with the crew.

Did the class, taught more than anything else, then I did some fancy throws and my hip now hurts a little.

Snatch Press 3-5 sets
Jerks 5 sets
Front Squat 3 sets
Squat & Press 2 sets
Swings 5 sets

PM 1 on 1 Self defense Class

The Plan was deviated from, a bit.
5 Minute warm up on Eliptical trainer
Snatch 2-53s x 3,70 x 3/3, 2-53s x 3, 70 x 3/3, 2-53s x 3, 70 x 3/3. Messed with doing them from Dead hangs, we did the I go, you go, quick thing
