Wow. That's really interesting. I knew Pttp was great the day I got it. Glad to hear you did so well.
Actually I wasn't very strong. The most I could have deadlifted before PTTP was 270# and my squat was 250# max before knee tendonitis derailed my training for 5 months and I was afraid to touch any weights for a couple of months after that. PTTP helped me to overcome that fear.
