    Blender all the way! Fiber is perhaps one of the most important things in vegetables/fruits and a juicer will rid you of that. Just my opinion, but BLEND IT DON'T JUICE IT.

    He basically says to spread your feet, keep tense and use a corkscrew motion in your hand. Use low reps and go for perfect form. Use an elevated surface if you're struggling... nothing new really :/
