finished cycle #5 today. my projected max would have been 275 x 5, but i was feeling really ambitious the last couple of workouts, and instead of adding 5 lbs each time, i added 10. so yesterday i pulled 285 x 5, and today i broke 300 for three reps. it was a big milestone for me. followed up with 270 x 5 to complete this cycle.

BP: 205 x 4 reps x 1 set

going to take a week off and start a new cycle. maybe will change to squats instead of DLs and also will work on more volume, either the russian bear, or the starting strength program.

if i do starting strength, the
