3 sets of 3-5 reps w/ 120 pounds/ clean and Jerk

4 sets of 8 reps / 120 pound Bent Over Row w/ Log

Still Very sore from Track meet. Nervous System feels cooked!

Great to have Joe Sardi from Palo Alto, Ray Alesso and Josh Henkins in town. They all took my class, Alot of fun strongman stuff.

MONDAY NIGHT CLASS 6PM
5 stations of 30 second rounds x 3 sets
1) Seated Cable Rope Pulls
2) KB Power Swings
3) Overhead Keg Alt. Lunges
4) Keg Clean to Squat (Alternating sides)
5) Log Clean + squat + Press

* Extremely sore from track meet. Abs, obliques, glutes, quads, WOW!

Competed in first track meet since 2004. Felt Great. Ran two heats of the 60 meter dash.

1st 60m - slow start - finished 5th place - 7.4

2nd 60m - faster start - finished first place - 7.2

Look forward to next meet in a couple of weeks,

I haven't used the 53lb KB for snatches for over 2 months because of the tendinitis in both elbows.Since the TSC in coming up January 7th 2006, decided to try the 53lb KB for the 5 minute snatch test. No pain in elbows. Although I did get very nauseated.

NEW PR - 102 reps - YES!!

At the last TSC - I got 100 KB snatches in 5 minutes.

My goal is to get 110 snatches at the TSC in January!

Training today: again I trained with my class.

Started off with 3 rounds of KB snatches: 5/5 10/10 15/15 per arm --tough!!!!

3 rounds - Overhead Squat x 5 per arm
Swing to KB Flip + squat - 5 reps
Windmill x 3 reps /side

2 rounds Ballistic MB sit ups with partner
Cool Down - 10 minutes of Stretching
