  1. Hi. I am actually putting the finishing touches on my Sheiko-esque approach for after the meet. Bear BP, Pins SQ, x5x(3-10) DL and Chin. BP will be 10-15 sets for three days with a "recovery" day of light 5x5 with no "strength sets." Of course intensity will start very low and not get too crazy.
  2. what is your frequency on 10 sets of 5 reps? i'm doing db benches every other day but only doing 5 x 5. it's really making me stronger for the first time in years.
