5:30AM StarTac Elliptical: Alpine Pass level 12 20 minutes, stretching.
Played around with the Power Systems 50lb Kettlebell at the gym. Did some swing, snatches and c&p. Handles were crap.

7:45AM Did 15R/15L snatches with 24KG bell.
