  1. well I'm finaly better, another session with squat and deadlift last night set me right. I'm taking the rest of the week off for weighted training though. I will start fresh on monday. I looked at that one video, it definately showed me what i was doing wrong, now I just need to practice.

    Didn't think about this before. I would recommend that you get a book/video before your next kettlebell work out. Enter the Kettlebell would be good. Russian Kettlebell Challenge would be all right. Or, as an alternative, scope out various RKC videos on YouTube to get an idea of how to perform the exercise. I can't imagine how you could have hurt yourself if you had dove right into snatches.
