24kg C&P Ladders

Perfoming 3x (1, 2, 3, 2, 1) for 4+ weeks. 4 X (3) attempted since 30 Jan, (3 weeks); 1st week had significant levels of DMSO, fatigue post workout day. 2nd and 3rd weeks had 1-2 missed training days.

Dropped to 3X (3) 20 Feb. Increased form concentration, (successful), less fatigue / post workout stress. Consider 4X (3) for week of 27 Feb with form.

2nd cycle, week 10

Week 9: Light / GTG with wkts Tues / Thurs C&P 2 X (1, 2, 3, 2, 1).

Week 10: First 3 X (3) session with the 24kg C&P. Current plan is to continue 2+ weeks at 3 X 3 as form in late reps is shakey. Must review ETK: move to 4 X 3 -> 5 X 3?

Tuesday wkt:

Swings, 24kg

3 Bilat
3 Left hand
3 Right hand
3 Bilat

~30sec : 30sec, 15 minutes.

Felt really good; went into the bottom lower, used more leggy / deadlifty movement, still driving the hips into it, and getting the kb up to ~chest hight. Felt good enough to add 3 extra minutes into the plan, without residual discomfort.

Good progress to date. Considering starting C&P ladders sooner than anticipated, (est. start date 19 - 26 Dec 11), and keeping 3x3 format 2-3 weeks, or continuing PM for an additional 2-3 weeks. All C&P attempts successful

TGUs progressing well. GTG over the weekend helps. May need to add more arm mvts as they're the first to collapse.

Swings: still 30:30, occasionally longer. Towel swings helpful. Considering adding Wednesday swing session.
