    I am sorry that I did not reply sooner. I just discovered this. I do not have a lot of knowledge about anatomy/physiology but I think that this is pretty normal and will improve with practice. You might want to ask on the forum because I am sure that there are people who would be better able to answer your question. I am a huge fan of L-sits though and look forward to hearing about your progress.

    Hey Guido,
    Thanks for responding to my PT question. What kind of clientel(sp) do you work with? Would you have any general advice about getting into sports physical therapy?
  4. I don't really warm up. I know that's bad, but I never have. I would say if you were going to warm up that some light sets of swings as well as some halos would do the trick.

  6. Hang from a pullup bar with your shoulders relaxed and at your ear, arms straight. Without bending the elbows, pull yourself up so that the shoulder move down and away from the ears. That is the feeling you are going for in presses. do a couple reps of that before each set of presses.
