  1. hey my name is chris, I saw what you put about overtraining and some of those semptoms are happening to me, 1) I havnt worked out in the last 4 days mainly bcuz of motivation "but also bcuz of sunburn" lol 2) after I lay down and I stand up I always feel light headed and an increase of heart rate ; I have been taking my heart rate my self for the last 2 weeks and it has actually been lowering since i started using it.
    all I do is monday-kbell tues-lift weights"bench, curls, side press, oblique crunch all with 2 sets of 5". wed- kbell thurs- lift weights again fri- kbell sat-sun --rest. thanx pls give advise my email is
