    Continue checking back on the thread talking about Overtraining, you'll get a lot of information as well. Also, just search the forums in general for solutions and such. I'll shoot you an e-mail just in case you don't come back here and read this.

    hey my name is chris, I saw what you put about overtraining and some of those semptoms are happening to me, 1) I havnt worked out in the last 4 days mainly bcuz of motivation "but also bcuz of sunburn" lol 2) after I lay down and I stand up I always feel light headed and an increase of heart rate ; I have been taking my heart rate my self for the last 2 weeks and it has actually been lowering since i started using it.
    all I do is monday-kbell tues-lift weights"bench, curls, side press, oblique crunch all with 2 sets of 5". wed- kbell thurs- lift weights again fri- kbell sat-sun --rest. thanx pls give advise my email is

    Ideal, feel free to add this to the FAQ. I am not an expert or anything was just trying to share some of my experiences. I just want people to know that kettlebells will serve you a slice of humble pie no questions asked. People need to realize that they might not be able to do these execrises at all. But with time, practice, and some coaching/advice they can get there. I don't want them to attempt the get up a couple of times, realize they can't do it and get frustrated and quit.
