Ideal, feel free to add this to the FAQ. I am not an expert or anything was just trying to share some of my experiences. I just want people to know that kettlebells will serve you a slice of humble pie no questions asked. People need to realize that they might not be able to do these execrises at all. But with time, practice, and some coaching/advice they can get there. I don't want them to attempt the get up a couple of times, realize they can't do it and get frustrated and quit.
