    Isontonic. I read your post a while back about using Pttp in conjunction with Vwc.
    So I'm interested to hear your experience with doing so because I like the idea but fear it is over training

VWC H 40 rounds, 8 reps, 360 cals....concerned that HR not in max range long enough.......took 75% of session to even get to 90% and never hit 95%. Form good. Could have done a few more rounds without a problem. Held up because of sciatica and potential of overtraining mixing PTP and VWC...gonna stay with the plan.

VWC 33 rounds, 333 cals., aarhrm 89%( strong emphasis on form-punch the ass, punch it, pull it down- detailed in VWC book so kicked my ass sooner than anticipated...started with 9 reps for about 10 rounds and saw where I was headed and dropped to 8 reps for remainder-will retest my cMVO2 Sat.)

Figured it out...for now

Okay......gonna combine VWC with PTP(DL and FP)
BW ? forgot to get on scale
0600hrs HH's to Y for 500cals
1400 SDL 205, FP 145, 5 minutes alt TGU's(do those first next time)
I feel real good for now. Looking for signs of overtraining to make sure I'm not out of bounds.

New beginnings.....Viking Warrior

Coming off of 12 weeks of PP three day split. Gained 8 lean pounds now gonna focus on conditioning with ETK program minimum and viking.

1200hrs 15:15, 30 rounds, 300 cals
Focused on eccentric loading and killed me. 34 next time.

0900hrs....
PP
Sq-top set still 155 but not feeling fatigued afterward.......
Bench- top set stayed at 150....same as squat....not enough work in....
DL- worked to top set of planned 225 but needed more so did 5x 245 then 225 x5x2 to back off....finally felt like I was working.....
I need to look into getting more sets in for Sq and Pressing.
