Comments: Some light technique practice, as my back-off continues. Hips felt unfortunately tight and inflexible on the sumo pulls.

Comments: It's been a long-time (~6 years) goal of mine to do a strict, heels-together military press with a pair of 100 lb dumbbells. I haven't been training presses with dumbbells for a while, but decided to have a go. I could've gotten a rep with 90's, but 95's were still too much for me with this technique. I was cleaning and doing other things between reps, so better focus might've helped a bit, too. It's good to know...
