Afternoon
swing complexes 70x2x~a few minutes

Comments: Videotaped myself as a form check. Everything was satisfactory; I could probably finish with my hips and keep my shoulders down a bit more on the swings and snatches, though. My lat drive on the double presses could also be stronger. I haven't been doing a ton of swings/snatches or double presses lately, so neither issue concerns me; that stuff will tighten up once I start doing a few more...
