Noon

Self-administered "remedial" workout. Laying off DL 'til after R4R, and not making time for pressing ladders, I'm going back to get-ups and swings, but with 32kg.

ETK warmup: pumps, face-wall SQ

32kg getups, 5min
32kg swings, 12min (6/6, 24, then 6/6+rest until time expired, no counting)

Felt good.

Went to work and moved an upright cooler outside & to the alley.
