ETK Program Minimum - Week 1:
Wall Squat, 24kg Halo, & Pump Stretch for 10 minutes

28 Swings x 7
1 min Rest x 7
Over Head Carry 30 sec
The last rest session was actually 45 sec. I should have taken half of it as rest and then swung until the end. Next time!
