    Yes we have met.... this is Joe Villafuerte. I have emailed you several times about signing up for classes. I haven't heard back so I figured I was so bad during the trial you didn't want to know about the classes (haha). Anyways, I am still REALLY interested and want to learn kettlebell. Week 2 of the Grind Block

24kg snatch & Presses
32kg snatch & presses

Snatch Press & Squat
Attempting 4 Ladders of Uneven Double Snatch, Double Uneven Press, followed by 5 Dbl Uneven front squats at the top of each ladder

Load: 32kg + 24kg
Starting with 32kg in non-dominant arm
Ladder 1: 2'50" failed 1st attempt on rung 3
Ladder 2: 7'25"
Ladder 3: 13'40"

New PR: 105 24kg snatches under 4 min.

Today my 7am morning class did 10 minutes of snatches before cooling down. I used the 24kg aiming at 25 reps a minute (13 L, 12 R). I kept this up for the first three minutes hitting 75 reps then went all out getting 10L, 10R, 10L in the 70 seconds or so.

I hit 105 in 4 minutes with about 5 seconds to spare. I wish I had been wearing my HR Monitor.

9am - 11am: Taught 2 KB classes
Performed Several Demo Getups with 32kg.
Performed couple about 100 swings with 24kg.
Rest of time teaching & sometimes participating if students looked safe & in good form.
Spent too much time talking to students after class & entering their numbers on the PC
Missed my usual workout time.
1:00pm taught TKD class
Feeling a little lethargic but decided
