Monday - missed Vo2Max again...
Tuesday - AM - make up Vo2Max - working on removing leakage from left shoulder... I think we need a little more flexibility... ARM BARS!!!
Tuedsay PM - Ft Squats - finally feel comfortable with flexibility and strength... will start looking towards goblet squats with 36 and then 1 arm clean and squats with 36 soon...
130 Swing Switches with 24kg KB... thank you very much..
Wednesday - Pressing the 36......

Monday - missed my 16kg Vo2 Max... stuck at work.
Tuesday - DBL 24kg KB Front Squat w/ Single Legged DL's. 5 ladders of 1,2,3, with pull ups - felt great. 110 Swing switches (in a row)
Wednesday - Single 36kg - C & P ladders 3 x 1,2,3 w/ pullups and 12 minutes of Swings in a reverse ladder... 20,15,10,5 x 3 (goal is 5)
Thursday - rest
Friday - Single 24 Snatches on the minute for 10 minutes 5+5 - next week will try 36:36 for 12 sets and...

Friday night Snatches... 5+5 on the minute for 10 minutes with 24kg. After Tuesday's training I felt more worked than normal. Wednesday did recharge and GTG pullups and just played around. I had scheduled a KB workout but found myself feeling drained... so we back off. (thought about going back to Brett Jones RKC Prep Protocal, but I really want to practice technique) EZ Snatches. Think I'll work up to 20 minutes on the 5+5 and then start adding reps... today will consist of KB Front Squats...

Dbl 24's on the Clean/Squat/Press/Pull Up ladder... 3 ladders up to 4. As fatigued set in, each rung turned into a single... think I may restructure as the focus for me right now is strength through propper form and I felt the form slipping... I think I'll spend next Tuesday working on the Bret Jone RKC prep protocal using the Front Squat as the Main drill... will report back on how that went...

Last week we had some lower back crampy kind of pain which I attributed to not being properly warmed up so...
Wall Squats/Pumps/Shoulder Bridges/Halos/Shoulder Dislocates 3 circuits of 10...
100 yard jog...
Now we snatch...
30 sets of 15:15 - 7 reps a set - 210 reps - will shoot for 35 next time...
Back 2 da back... felt much better... however I did notice as the fatigue set in the glutes started getting loose and then the low...
