  1. Yesterday's PR
    Pretty much ran the gauntlet with my KB yesterday from 16-48kg doing snatches and double C&P. Finished the day with a new PR of double C&P with my 48's. A nice WTH effect as I have been concentrating on BB Jerks and KB see saw presses for the last 5 months.

Nearly completed reading the book the first time through today. What an astounding culmination of knowledge. Never really understood the why's of dieting and found that I am (until today) still eating as though I were a competitive bodybuilder. On to the Warrior Diet and a successful 2009 that will see me meet or exceed all my predetermined goals for the year.
