...to the CKT1. 9:30am - 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Don't really know what to expect so I think it'd be rather silly to thrash myself into a foam just before going.

For the first time ever I had a go at the 100 x 24kg in 5 minutes just now. I got it with about 6 seconds to spare.
For a first timer I'm well impressed with that and will practise it regularly from now on.

50 sets of 8. Thought I might be able to get to 60 but the body is finding adapting to the workload of the extra rep quite taxing. Settled for the 50 and felt okay.
Palm-to-fingers throw technique worked very well today, no callous problems for over a month now.
