Hello, Mr. Jay.
I was just wondering if you would have some advice on how to use supplemental training with the kettlebell for training for endurance/strength for swimming?
I had posted a thread asking about supplemental exercises, in addition to the normal swings, snatches, clean & press, off of the ROP that would help with swimming and someone mentioned that you may have trained Olympic swimmers in the past.
