9:00 100 swings, one arm, 25/25/25/25 16kg. 20 hot potatoes at 12kg, 20 hack squats naked. set of 5 super twists (situp with kettlebell held in arms, back halfway, twist twice to each side.) supertwists done with 4kg since I'm just starting them. way too light.
