Saturday Aug 29th: 4 mile walk
Sunday Aug 30th: 5k
Monday Aug. 31st 7 mile hike at 7500-8500 elevation.
Tuesday Sept.1 Easy 5k walk plus tabata kbell swings 8 sets.

Little behind on my blog.

Man I wish the bike shop would call and tell me they had my wheel fixed on my road bike. I took it in last Thursday and the told me it would be done the following Tuesday. Called wens day no dice. Called today still a no go. I'm gonna start tooling up to do repairs myself. Took the mountain bike out of the garage and aired the tires so I can cruise around a bit. Just mainly been walking.

Tomorrow I will get above 9000 foot for a 10k hike. Should be fun.

Today was a pretty good day. Been really slow at work I called in to see if we had any work to do. Got the no answer and you can come in to stand around with everyone else answer. I'm tired of that!

My daughter has another 2 weeks before class starts at her year-round school. I stayed home with her. We decided to go to the aquatic center for some swimming. I played around with her for @ 15 minutes. Then she went off with another girl and had fun on the slides. I got into a lap lane...
