    In my opinion, CC3 is poor "cardio". Coach makes no mention of using it as such. But do what works for you. :) If you want cardio, a tabata session of wind sprints is excellent and less than 5...

    Yes, there we go. I added spaces in the post, but they removed them when it went up. I based that on the Veterano routine, just so I could do something everyday without having to spend too much time...
