Next time first stp's, then lpp's.

• extremly short warmup w/ hgu's (bursitis came around the corner again)
• 3x(1,2) lpp @ 32kg (extremely easy)
• 8x1 bup @ 24kg

The bup's were not all that nice on my left, because the kettlebell I used is very slippery with a very thick and uneven handle. Didn't have acces to my own.

Edit: did two more bup's with a good kb and they were very smooth and strict.

• Warmup hgu @ 20kg
• 10x2 stp @ (16+12)kg

All completed in one short session.

• 1x5 stp @ (16+12)kg
• 8x1 bup @ 20kg

I'm now able to do easy an easy set of five on the stacked press, coming from only a single one month ago.

Today I will do the bup's with the 20kg, because yesterday was my heavy day.

• warmup hgu's @ naked
• 4x(1,2,3) lpp @ 32kg
• 1x(1,2,3) lpp @ 20kg

Had no access to my 32kg kb for the last set. No problem, because this was already much better than last week. Besides, the 20kg helps to make myovement better.
