good to be home with the KB's
used the gym boss for the first time for a 15 min set of The Run
16(20)-12(20)-8(20) for the first three then
16(20)-8(20)-12(20) for the rest for more of a break
Real focus on the pull DOWN
interestingly, the 8's really fired the forearms on the pull down
Got myself a good blister on the outside of my ring finger on the right hand - shows there's been some time away from the KB's
...

incline pulldowns - 40 selected
lazyman curls: 15 a side
13 sets in 14:43 - left side hard holding form from tenth set. 65 reps total
Concentration curls l/r for 10 minutes. 25 pounds. 10 sets of 5 + 3reps/side, total 53reps
treadmill walk between zones; eliptical after finish

did walking on the treadmill at incline for 3.1mph for five minutes before and after set.
