    MI KB'r
    My plan is to DL and OH press on Mon (80-90% of 3 or 5 RM) and Fri (70-80%of 3 or 5 RM). 5x5 and/or 5x3 in cycles.

    Weds is more of a dynamic/speed day with Clean/press, swings, snatches, etc...

    My OH pressing is BP, SP, and when I can afford KB, BUP.
    I'm not too concerned with pressing, but all components count.
