Last lift of cleans - last set - and I pulled somehow wrong Felt a slight sting in my back (muscle pull, not a spine thing) Annoyingly enough I don't know what exactly it was I did wrong!

Benchpress
3x3 at 110kg

Deadlift
3x3 at 150kg

Pullups (close grip)
1x3 at BW+30kg
1x3 at BW+35kg
1x3 at BW+45kg

I had no spotter in todays workout, so the benchpress was divided into 2 reps, short break and then one rep. That worked for all sets. No failure.

Pullups went fine, but the last set of +45kgs i had to do as singles...

1x3 at 55kg
1x3 at 65kg
1x3 at 70kg (had to split it into 2 reps, rest for a sec, then 1 rep...)

Clean
3x3 at 90kg

Dips
1x3 at BW+30kg
1x3 at BW+40kg
1x3 at BW+50kg (again... 2 and then one)

Pullups
1x3 at BW+25kg
1x3 at BW+30kg
1x3 at BW+40kg

Very hard today, but it went very well... Had a spotter on the benchpress, but needed no assistance. Nice strong back in the deadlifts and "easy" pullups the first 2 sets, last set was very hard and I had to split it up in singles with short breaks
