Fighter Pullup Program, 3rm proram- Day 11
Pullups 5,4,3,2,1

Notes:
When I first started the FPP, I could barely do 4 pullups on a good day. Today, 5 went up easily. And the first pullup is almost sternum to bar. Can't wait to do the full program! Starts Saturday...

Program Minimum- Day off

Fighter Pullup Program, 3rm version, day 10
pullups- 4,4,3,2,1

Notes:
Tomorrow is the day of reckoning w/ the pullup program. The last time I was able to do 5 pullups was 3 months ago. If I hit 5 pullups, progress to the 5rm program, and keep seeing my numbers increase, I will be extatic.

Notes: The first pullup today felt really strong... My neck cleared the bar. Can't wait a couple of days to start the 5rm pullup program.
