  1. It's not a problem, just a question of perception. Think of ATL's description of the steel cable. You want good density of the muscle tissue, but more important is it's ability to engage. Everyone is different, so some will have hard muscles, but little strength, and vice versa. It also comes back to the fact that Nilkki is strong, so whatever her muscles are doing, they're doing right.
