Shoulder feeling a lot better.

KB MP - 5x5@16kg (25L+25R) (1 min intervals, sequential) (10 min)
KB 2H Swing - 10x5@16kg(1 min intervals) (10 min)

If I can get to this 3 times a week (barring illness like last week, or feeling like crap this week), I would like to start one workout a week with the 24kg Kettlebell for the Military Press, and adding 1 or 2 sets more for the 2H swing on another day. Slow progress is steady progress.

Shoulder recovering from intense tennis ball release yesterday (the trigger point in between my right shoulder blade and spine). Easy day, decided to settle in this training methodology: Work the KB olympic lifts and assistance exercises (Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Romanian Deadlift, Military Press).
