Also mountain biked and played basketball for at least an hour and a half.

You know, had to get married and such... took a few days off.

Dbl C&P 1-3x6, 20/24kg
VO2 max protocol: 18 sets of 13 in 36 sec on, 36 sec off. (379#/min of snatching!)
234 total snatches, not really hard. My snatch technique continues to refine.

Did 18 pullups off the kid's swing in the park.
