Becoming a student personal trainer at a local gym has given me free access to train there. So now I can use the squat rack and the bench press instead of doing floor presses and cleaning the bar for the front squat at home.

My exercises are Front Squat, Dead Lift, Bench Press, Press and Pull ups.

Back on PTP!

After trying some other program's and training without routine I'm finally back on PTP!

This is what I'm doing now;

PTP 4 - 5 times a week
- Floor Press: 2x5
- Dead Lift: 2x5

- Pull ups; Ladders / 3xRM / Weighted
- Pistols

* Box Pistols: 20 reps total each leg, still extremely hard.
* Floor Press: 50kgx5 - 60kgx5 - 72kg x5 x5 x5

* Still need to practice on those pistols for a while.

Workout A:
Pistols l/r: - 5 / 5 - 5 / 5 - 5 / 5
Press: 50kg x5x5x4
Pull ups on rings 3 sets repetition max: 9 - 9 - 9

* Left leg is much weaker with pistols, I needed to cheat myself up with a chair after 2 reps in the first set.
* definitely need to work on pistols for a while, left leg is weak, also form is getting worse as set/reps progress.
* With the press I need to stick with same weight(50kg) or even lower the weight, as it is still
